Elías L. Fernández Pérez, Esq., CPA, LL.M

Elías is a seasoned solo practitioner dedicated to providing high-level legal and financial advisory services to the Puerto Rican business community. With over 15 years of experience spanning the legal and financial sectors, Mr. Fernández Pérez brings a rare multidisciplinary approach to his practice. He holds a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) and an LL.M. in Taxation (Summa Cum Laude), positioning him as a premier choice for complex tax litigation and corporate compliance. Before establishing his private legal practice, Mr. Fernández Pérez served as an auditor and tax manager, and later as a partner in a CPA firm. His deep understanding of accounting principles allows him to serve as a litigator in commercial disputes involving monetary damages, breach of contract, and forensic accounting. He has served as an instructor at the University of Puerto Rico (Ponce Campus) for over a decade, teaching Mercantile Law and Fraud Examination, ensuring he stays at the forefront of academic and practical legal developments.
